Returns We offer exchanges and store credits... you may contact goingnstylellc@gmail.com to ask any questions. ​ ALL SALES ARE FINAL! You must contact us within (48 hours via email or telephone) of receipt of an order to let us know if you have a problem with a garment. ​ If prior approval is granted, you may return any Damaged Item, along with the receipt, tags attached and in the original condition (unworn) for an exchange or store credit. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We recommend you send your return via an insured carrier and we are not responsible for lost returns. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges of returned items. If you get an authorization to return, exchange or get a store credit, again...it must be returned within 48 hours of your original receipt of the items or you will forfeit your opportunity to return the items, unless prior arrangements have been made.
