You must contact us within (48 hours via email or telephone) of receipt of an order to let us know if you have a problem with a garment.

If prior approval is granted, you may return any Damaged Item, along with the receipt, tags attached and in the original condition (unworn) for an exchange or store credit.


Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We recommend you send your return via an insured carrier and we are not responsible for lost returns. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges of returned items.


If you get an authorization to return, exchange or get a store credit, must be returned within 48 hours of your original receipt of the items or you will forfeit your opportunity to return the items, unless prior arrangements have been made.


If returned item comes back damaged, smelling of smoke or in any condition other than original, we reserve the right to refuse the return! This will be assessed on a case by case basis.  

Store credits are good for 90 days from the day of the return!


To insure the timely shipment of your order, please verify your address information to include a complete street number, street name, city, state and zip code information. The customer will be liable for shipping charges incurred from un-deliverable packages due to incorrect address information submitted in error. Additional charges will apply to re-ship the order.

Shipping/Handing charges are not refundable for any reason.


We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes and some rural route addresses. You will need to inquire about this for further information before your order is placed. Credit card orders will only be shipped to the billing address of the card holder. At the discretion of Management other identifying information may be requested of the card holder. reserves the right to deny any exchange. You can not return Special Orders, Back Orders, Choir & Usher suits, Gowns, Hats & Purses, Misty Lane, Lily & Taylor Knits, Solini Knits, Suits with fur or any Furs. Any item/items purchased from clearance can't be returned or exchanged. Store Credit Only on merchandise that we  APPROVE to re-stock!

Due to the popularity of our merchandise, please allow 7-14 business days for you to receive your order (domestic only) Some items may take up to 18 working days.
